How can I get e-Banking credentials online from my mobile?

Without visiting a branch

Online, through myAlpha Mobile , as long as you have a smartphone and an active Alpha Bank debit or credit card.

Download and install the free app on your smartphone and get your e-Banking credentials in 4 steps.

Fill in your card details

Enter the number of your Alpha Bank debit or credit card, or scan your card.

Tap on “Next” and enter 2 out of the 4 digits of your PIN according to the instructions.

Confirm your mobile number

Enter the 6-digit code you receive on the phone number you have registered with Alpha Bank.

If you do not receive a code, you can request to have it resent through Viber/text message.

Confirm your email

Enter your email address or confirm the email address you have registered with Alpha Bank.

You will receive a confirmation code in your email.

Create your Username and Password

Create a Username and Password for your first sign-in on the myAlpha Mobile app.

Your e-Banking credentials are all set.

The same credentials are valid for logging into myAlpha Web from your computer.
