What’s the annual fee
€3 monthly fee
You pay the monthly fee at the start of the month. On the 1st day of each month, the fee is automatically charged to your account.
If the fee is not paid by the end of the month, on the 1st day of the coming month the Benefit Advanced transaction package is deactivated. To reactivate it, you need to:
- Pay the outstanding fee.
- Reactivate the package.
How much you save and how
Up to €5.63 a month
Depending on the number of transactions you carry out, you can save up to €5.63 a month:
Total transaction fees – monthly Benefit Advanced fee €3.00 = Monthly savings

The amount you save depends on the free benefits and the number of transactions you carry out each month. The €5.63 example was calculated based on all the free transactions offered by the package as well as the monthly fees for cards and cheque books.
Monthly transaction renewal
On the 1st day of each month, the number of available free transactions is automatically renewed. You can use them any time between the 1st and last calendar day of each month.
Which accounts are included
Personal accounts only
You can link any personal account to the package, whether you are the sole account holder or there are other account holders:
- Payroll account
- Premier account
- Savings account
- Alpha Savings Plus
- Account for young adults aged 18-27
- Alpha Savings Deposit with Payroll
- Alpha Double
- Alpha Save – Transactional
- Alpha for my Child – Savings
- Current account
1 account per package
Activate the package for a specific account. You cannot carry out the package transactions through a different account. However, you can activate a separate package for each of your accounts.
The number of transactions included in the package is fixed and does not increase according to the number of account holders. However, all account holders may use the transactions included in the package.
What are the available free transactions
Gain even more
No annual fee for 1 credit card
You pay no annual fee for the Bonus Visa or Bonus Mastercard credit card, if you hold the package for 12 consecutive months. You just need to have activated the package.
The no annual fee benefit applies to a card you already hold or a new card you may get.
If you deactivate the package before the 12 months are up or you unlink your card, you pay the fee that applies at the time according to the Alpha Bank price list.
When you get a new card, you already pay no annual fee for the 1st year, so the no annual fee from Benefit Advanced applies as of the 2nd year. If you already hold a card that has no annual fee, you don’t need to link it to the package.

No annual fee for 1 debit card
You pay no annual fee for the Enter Bonus Visa or the Enter Bonus Mastercard, if you hold the package for 12 consecutive months. You just need to have activated the package.
If you deactivate the package before the 12 months are up, you pay the fee that applies at the time according to the Alpha Bank price list.
500 Bonus points as a gift every 3 months
500 Bonus points for every 3 consecutive months you use Benefit Advanced. You just need to have activated the package.
If you don’t have a Bonus card, you can receive the points as soon as you get one. In this case, you can only receive the points corresponding to up to 6 months.

Activate the package online
1. Choose Benefit Advanced
Through the mobile app
On the menu, choose New products > Transaction and service packages.
Under “Choose package”, swipe left to view all packages. Under Benefit Advanced, choose Get this one > Continue.
Through web banking
On the menu, choose New products > Transaction and service packages.
View the benefits for all the packages. Under Benefit Advanced, click on “Get this one”.
2. Choose account and activation date
Choose an account to link to the package.
If you activate the package after the 20th of the month, you may choose whether you want to activate it immediately or on the 1st day of the coming month. On the mobile app you choose the activation date on the next screen.
Choose “Continue”.
3. Link your credit card
Choose a credit card to link to the package, so you pay no annual fee on the card.
Only the card that can be linked to Benefit Advanced appears: Bonus Visa or Bonus Mastercard.
You may also choose “Not now”.
Choose “Continue”.
4. Confirm your details and accept the terms
Confirm your details and accept the terms: pre-contractual information, special terms of the package and personal data notice. Then:
Through the mobile app
Approve the package activation with biometrics or your 4-digit PIN.
Through web banking
Approve the activation with push notification, provided you have downloaded the mobile app on your mobile and activated them. Otherwise, fill in the 6-digit code you received on your mobile.
