Replacing the Diners Club and notosplus Visa cards with Alpha Bank Mastercard

How we replace your card

You receive the new Alpha Bank Mastercard in the place of your old Diners Club or notosplus Visa card and:

  • As soon as you activate the new card, the old one is automatically cancelled.
  • If you don't activate your new card, the old one is cancelled 2 months after the new one was issued.

You can activate your new card online, through myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile, or at an Alpha Bank ATM.
