Use of myAlpha Codes requires signing up to myAlpha Code Service through which you gain access the full range of myAlpha Web services available, while your sensitive transactions are being carried out in an even more secure manner.
myAlpha Code is a unique 6-digit code used to approve your e-Banking transactions. You receive it on your mobile phone number as a text message via the Viber application. You will receive myAlpha Code via SMS if you have not installed Viber application on your mobile phone or your computer or if you have disabled data on your mobile phone. Alternatively, myAlpha Code can be produced using the myAlpha Code device.
