How to Use the Youth Pass Visa

Q: I have forgotten/lost my Alpha Bank e-Banking Password/Username. What should I do?

To recover your e-Banking Password online , you will need: Your email. Your mobile phone. To recover your e-Banking Username online , you will need: The number of an active Alpha Bank card. Your email. Your mobile phone. Alternatively, call on +2103260000 (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00).

Through your digital wallet or online

Use the aid amount you receive in your virtual Youth Pass Visa card to buy products or service at businesses active in the culture, tourism or transport industry.

At POS devices, by adding your card to an Apple Pay or Google Pay digital wallet through myAlpha Mobile.
Online, using your card details. To view the card details (card number, expiry date and CVV), log into myAlpha Mobile and choose Cards > Card Details.

I bank with Alpha Bank and have e-Banking credentials

To get access to your virtual Youth Pass Visa card:

Download the myAlpha Mobile app if you have not already installed it on your phone.
Choose “Login with credentials” on the app to log in using your e-Banking credentials (Username and Password).
Find your new virtual Youth Pass Visa card on the overview page (under “Cards”).
Choose “Add to Google Wallet” or “Add to Apple Wallet”, to add it to the digital wallet you prefer.

I bank with Alpha Bank and don’t have e-Banking credentials.

To use your new virtual Youth Pass Visa card, you receive your e-Banking credentials (Username and Password) by email/SMS to the contact details you have provided to Alpha Bank.

Through e-Banking, you will be able to view all the products you hold with Alpha Bank. When you activate your e-Banking, you fully and unconditionally accept the e-Banking terms of transactions.

If you had chosen Alpha Bank to have a virtual card issued for the Market Pass or the Tourism-For-All Pass, you must use the e-Banking credentials you had obtained then. If you have forgotten them, contact us on +302103260000 so we may send you new ones.

I do not bank with Alpha Bank, but I got digital banking credentials from a virtual card on a previous state aid programme. Can I use them to activate the Youth Pass Visa?

If you had chosen Alpha Bank to receive other financial aid onto a virtual card that is still active, you need to use the digital banking credentials you had received then.

Your new Youth Pass Visa card will appear on your digital banking. If you have forgotten your credentials, contact us on +30 210 326 0000.
