Detailed card activity updates
To keep track of your debit card activity, find your card on e-Banking (myAlpha Web from your computer or myAlpha Mobile from your mobile).
Secure transactions
- Receive Alpha alerts with Viber/text message or email in real time for every card transaction.
- Confirm your online transactions with push notification or the 6-digit code you receive with Viber/text message on your mobile.
- Receive a one-time password (OTP) for each of your transactions with the myAlpha Secure Web service.
- Change your card cash withdrawal and transaction limits online through your e-Banking.
- Block your card temporarily if you’re not sure whether you’ve lost it.

- 4 Bonus points for every €1 when you shop at AEGEAN and Olympic Air.
- 4 Bonus points for every €1 when you shop at major partner companies AB Vasilopoulos,Vodafone, attica, Natural Gas, Generali, Hondos Center, Hertz, BOX, Kotsovolos and selected bp service stations

Award miles
The Aegean Bonus Visa debit card is linked to the AEGEAN and Olympic Air Miles+Bonus programme.
Every 4 Bonus points are equivalent to 2 Miles+Bonus award miles, which you may only redeem:
- In multiples of 4
- With points you collect when you use the Aegean Bonus Visa debit card within 12 months
- With a maximum limit of 15,000 Bonus points

- The supporting documents you’ll need, if you haven’t updated your details and choose to do so by uploading the documents.
Apply through e-Banking
1. Fill in the application form
Choose New Products > Debit cards.
On myAlpha Mobile, swipe to the left until you find the Aegean Bonus Visa.
On myAlpha Web, choose Visa and open the menu to find the Aegean Bonus Visa.
Enter your Miles+Bonus card number.
Choose the primary account you want to link to your debit card.
If you want, you can choose up to 4 additional accounts to link to your card.
Set the withdrawal limit for your card. The maximum daily limit is €3,000 and you can change it at any time through your card settings.
2. Confirm your details
Confirm that the following details are correct:
- The mobile number where you’ll receive your card PIN.
- The address where you want to receive your debit card.
If these details are not correct, you can update them on the spot.
Accept the terms and the cooperation framework.
3. Approve the transaction
- On myAlpha Mobile, with your biometrics or your 4-digit PIN.
- On myAlpha Web, with push notification or a 6-digit code.
The application is complete and you can view your card details. You may choose to receive this information on your email as well.
Stay up to date on the status of your application through myAlpha Web (History > Product applications).
4. Get the card
The new card shows up on your e-Banking within 3 working days. Once it’s ready, you get a message on your e-Banking.
You can activate the virtual use of your new card. Through myAlpha Mobile, you can easily add the card to your digital wallet to carry out transactions with your mobile. Otherwise, get the card details to shop online.
However, until you receive the actual card and activate it, you don’t get any of its benefits, e.g. collect Bonus points.
You receive the actual card by post in 8-10 working days.

How do I turn Aegean Bonus Visa Bonus points into Miles+Bonus miles?
- By sending an email to CustomerService@alpha.gr to set up a monthly conversion order.
- Online at any time on the AEGEAN website through your Miles+Bonus account with Online Points Conversion.
- By calling the AEGEAN customer service centre on 801 11 20000.
How do I activate my card?
From your computer or mobile phone, as long as you have e-Banking credentials.
From your computer through myAlpha Web:
- Locate your new card on the home screen (Overview).
- Click on the 3 dots on the right of the card and choose “Activate Card”.
- Fill in your card expiration date and choose “Activate”.
From your mobile through myAlpha Mobile:
- Scroll down to the Cards section on the home screen.
- Choose “Activate card”.
- Fill in your card expiration date and choose “Activate”.
If you cannot find your new card on myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile, you can add the card.
If you do not have e-Banking credentials, you can activate your card at an Alpha Bank ΑΤΜ after you have received your PIN.

Do I retain all the benefits of my new card with its virtual use?
Yes, you do (e.g. collecting and redeeming Bonus points, Affinity euros, Energy euros). It applies to all debit, credit and prepaid cards issued by Alpha Bank, with the exception of:
- Aegean Bonus Visa debit card
- Aegean Bonus Visa credit card
- Aegean Bonus Visa Premium credit card
For these cards, you enjoy all the benefits once you receive the actual card and activate it.
