We offer financing up to €50,000 and 50% guarantee from the EIF:
No collateral is needed for the EIF financing for micro businesses. It is possible that we may request personal guarantees, though.
Depending on your transaction cycle and business plan, you may receive the financing:
Once you sign the agreement, you receive the 1st disbursement (one-off or in instalments) within 1 month and the balance within 3 months, by 31.12.2028 at the latest.
Choose a loan with fixed or floating rate based on the 3-month Euribor + spread.
For the final interest rate, we take into account:
The Law 128/1975 levy (currently 0.60%) is added to the final interest rate.
You pay no commission for the EIF guarantee, while the loan is considered “state-aid free”, i.e. it is not included in the aid ceilings.
The term of the working capital credit facility may be up to 48 months. Over this period:
The term of your loan may be up to 72 months.
You repay it in fixed, interest-bearing instalments every 1 or 3 months.
The term of your loan may be up to 120 months.
You repay it in fixed, interest-bearing instalments every 1, 3 or 6 months.
You can repay your loan earlier in full or in part at any time, without any penalties, if you have opted for a floating rate.
If you have opted for a fixed rate, you may pay a penalty (repositioning fee) if the interbank interest rate when you signed the agreement is higher than the respective interest rate on the day prior to early repayment.
