Important: To book your appointment, you need to have e-Banking credentials (username and password).
Booking an appointment
Together we pick the day and time that’s convenient for you.
You then receive a confirmation email that includes:
- The link to join the appointment on the scheduled day and time.
- Instructions on how to join from your computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
On the day of the appointment, you’ll need to join from a device with camera, microphone and internet access.
No e-Banking?
