What you get

Savings up to €12.50 a month

Depending on the number of transactions you carry out, you can save up to €12.50 a month.

For specific transactions

Carry out selected transactions every month with no additional fees. You get:

  • 10 bill payments, one-off or by standing order
  • 1 transfer up to €50,000 to another bank in Greece or SEPA countries abroad, with SHA fees and normal priority
  • 1 transfer up to €50,000 paid into your account from another bank in Greece or abroad

Free account maintenance

You do not pay any maintenance fees for 1 sight account.

1 package for multiple accounts

You can carry out the transactions available through Business Benefit Standard from any one of the accounts you’ve linked to your business digital banking.

What are the fees

€7/month

You pay the monthly fee at the start of the month. On the 1st day of each month, the fee is automatically charged to the account you’ve chosen. 

If the fee is not paid by the end of the month, the Business Benefit Standard transaction package is deactivated. To reactivate it, you need to:

  • Pay the outstanding fee.
  • Reactivate the package.
 
Tip: Make sure there is sufficient balance in your account so that the package is not deactivated.

Monthly transaction renewal

On the 1st day of each month, the number of available free transactions is automatically renewed. You can use them any time between the 1st and last calendar day of each month.

If you do not use all your transactions within the month, you cannot roll them over to the next month.

Simple import add-on packages

Depending on your needs

You may activate 1 of the 2 additional simple import packages depending on the needs of your business:

  • Add-on Imports – At €15/month, for 3 simple imports up to €50,000/transaction.
  • Add-on Imports Plus – At €50/month, for 5 simple imports up to €500,000/transaction.

The Business Benefit simple import add-on packages cover:

  • SEPA and non-SEPA imports, with normal priority and SHA fees.
  • Transactions through business web banking or Mass Payments.

For your Business Benefit package 

You can get a simple import add-on package provided you activate a Business Benefit package.

However, to carry out simple import transactions you must have:

In a single payment together with Business Benefit Standard, from the account you’ve chosen.

How to get Business Benefit Standard

To activate Business Benefit Standard from your computer, you must hold an account with Alpha Bank and have digital banking credentials.
Log into digital banking

1. Log into business web banking

Use your business digital banking credentials to log into business web banking.

2. Choose Business Benefit Standard

Choose Accounts > Transaction package.

View the benefits for the 2 packages. Under Business Benefit Standard, click on “Get this one”.

To choose 1 add-on simple import package, click on “Add”.

Choose “Continue”.

3. Choose account and activation date

In the fields:

  • “Account without fee”, choose the sight account for which the maintenance fees will be waived each month.
  • “Activation”, choose whether you want to activate the package immediately or on the 1st day of the next month, if you get your package from the 20th day of the current month onwards.
  • “Account to be charged”, choose the account through which you’ll be paying the monthly fee.

Choose “Continue”.

4. Accept the terms and confirm

Read the terms we sent to your email:

  • Special terms for Business Benefit
  • Notice on personal data processing

Accept the terms and click on “Confirm”.

5. Enter the 6-digit code

Enter the 6-digit code you received on your mobile. Choose “Continue”.

On the next screen click on “Finish”. Now you’ve got your own package.

Do I have to pay the entire fee, irrespective of the day of the month when I activate Business Benefit?

Yes. However, if you activate the package after the 20th of the month, you may choose to activate it at the start of the following month and pay the fee on the 1st day of that month.

In this case, the monthly fee is blocked on your account and charged on the 1st day of the following month. If you change your mind before the fee is charged, you can cancel the package and the fee amount will be released.

The same payment plan applies to the Business Benefit add-on import package you may have chosen.

I did not carry out any transactions this month. Do I still need to pay the monthly fee for the Business Benefit transaction package?

Yes. The fee is prepaid and charged automatically on the 1st day of each month. If you do not carry out any transactions, the fee is not returned. Moreover, you cannot roll those transactions over to the following month.

I have carried out more transactions this month. Do I need to pay extra for the Business Benefit transaction package?

Yes. For any transaction in excess of those offered by the Business Benefit and/or the Business Benefit add-on package you have chosen, you are charged according to the Alpha Bank price list.
