What’s the annual fee

€12 a year

You pay no annual fee for the 1st year, if you get:

Up to 9 add-on cards

You can request up to 9 add-on cards. The business name and cardholder name are printed on each card.

This way, your executives have their own debit cards for their business transactions.

How to get control of your card

With the daily limit of your choice

You choose the daily limit individually for each card. This way, you determine how much your executives can spend on:

  • Shopping, up to €3,000
  • Withdrawals, up to €3,000

If you wish to change the transaction and withdrawal limit, the legal representative of the business has to book an appointment at a branch.

Detailed card activity updates

To monitor the activity on your business debit card, find it on your computer through business web banking.

With shopping protection insurance

For any purchase made with the Enter Bonus Business Visa card, we offer free shopping protection and extended warranty insurance plans.

Through their personal digital banking

  • Report loss or theft of their card immediately.
  • Temporarily lock and unlock their card at any time.
  • Request the PIN of the new card and receive it by text message on their mobile.

I am the legal representative of the business. Can I apply at a branch to get a card for as many of my executives as I want?

Yes, as long as your executives:

  1. Hold a personal account with Alpha Bank.
  2. Have updated their details.

Why has the design of my card changed in digital wallets and across the digital channels?

We're redesigning all our debit, credit and prepaid cards. The changes will first appear on cards in digital wallets and across our digital channels. They will then be introduced on physical cards as well.

However, nothing changes for you. The card you already hold will continue to work as usual, and its features and benefits will remain the same.

 

Why is the word “enter” no longer on my debit card?

We’re redesigning our cards and the word “enter” will gradually be removed from all Alpha Bank debit cards. First, the word will no longer appear on cards in digital wallets or across our digital channels. It will then also be removed from physical cards.

However, nothing changes for you. The debit card you already hold will continue to work as usual, and its features and benefits will remain the same.
