The Regulation affects the following Alpha Bank products, whether these are offered to an individual or to a business:


A) Payment orders (credit transfers)
  • Individual internal payments within the Bank (outgoing), through:
    - Branches
    - myAlpha Web / myAlpha phone/ myAlpha mobile  - ATMs
  • Individual interbank payments (outgoing), through:
    - Branches
    - myAlpha Web / myAlpha phone/ myAlpha mobile
  • Individual incoming payments
    Possibility to obtain information through:
    - Branches
    - myAlpha Web/ myAlpha phone/ myAlpha mobile
  • (Bilateral or Interbank) payment orders for payments owned to third parties using a specific entry code , through:
    - Branches
    - myAlpha Web / myAlpha phone/ myAlpha mobile
    - ATMs
  •  Payroll Payment with submission of a relevant file on behalf of the businesses ONLY, through the following services:
    - myAlpha Web
    - ALPHA BANK FILE TRANSFER
    - ALPHA MASS PAYMENTS
    - PHYSICAL FILE TRANSFER (CD)
  • Internal mass payments within the Bank with submission of a relevant file on behalf of the businesses ONLY, through the following services: 
    - myAlpha Web
    - ALPHA BANK FILE TRANSFER 
    - ALPHA MASS PAYMENTS
    - PHYSICAL FILE TRANSFER (CD)
  • Interbank mass payments with submission of a relevant file on behalf of the businesses ONLY, through the following services:
    - ALPHA BANK FILE TRANSFER
    - ALPHA MASS PAYMENTS
 

B) Collections (direct debits)

  • Bilateral debits with submission of a relevant file on behalf of the businesses ONLY, through the following services:
    - ALPHA BANK FILE TRANSFER
    - ALPHA MASS PAYMENTS
  • Interbank debits with submission of a relevant file on behalf of the businesses ONLY, with the Bank acting as:
    - Debtor Bank (or)
    - Creditor Bank
