- Calculate your expenses and income from the common history.
Can I link products from other banks online?
Link products provided you...
- Have active e-Banking credentials.
- Have active credentials to log into the other banks.
Link products from other banks to your e-Banking
1. Choose bank
On the myAlpha Web home page, choose “Add other product” under the sections with your products.
In the Add product section, choose “Other Bank”. Choose the bank you want to link and click on “Continue”.
2. Choose products
Once you are redirected to the environment of the other bank, fill in your credentials to log into that bank.
Choose the accounts and cards you want to appear on your Alpha Bank e-Banking profile.
Enter the 6-digit code you received on your mobile to complete the process.
3. View products on your profile
You are redirected to the Alpha Bank e-Banking environment.
The products you chose automatically appear on the myAlpha Web and myAlpha Mobile home page, together with the products you hold at Alpha Bank.
Repeat the process to add products from other banks as well.

How long does the account aggregation remain active?
3 months, under the applicable laws. During this time, you need active login credentials for the other bank.
Once the account aggregation expires, you need to repeat the process.
If I want to link more products held at the same bank, can I repeat the process?
Can I cancel the account aggregation if I change my mind?
Yes. Through myAlpha Web:
- On the home page, choose the 3 dots to the right of the product held at another bank you have linked.
- Choose “Remove” and then “Confirm”.
The product has been removed from your Alpha Bank e-Banking.
