Can I get a certificate online?
Have a look at the conditions to have a certificate issued through myAlpha Web.
Apply provided you...
- Hold an account or an active Alpha Bank credit card.
- Have e-Banking credentials.
- Have sufficient balance in the account that will be charged with the fee that corresponds to the cost of issuing the certificate you want.
- Have updated your details at Alpha Bank.
Have at hand...
- Your Taxisnet credentials, if you haven’t updated your details and want to do so through eGov-KYC.
- The supporting documents you’ll need, if you haven’t updated your details and choose to do so by uploading the documents.
1. Fill in the application form
- On the left menu, choose: My documents > Certificates – Supporting documents > Get a certificate.
- Choose the certificate you want from the drop-down list.
- Fill in the necessary details.
- Choose 1 of your active accounts to pay, if there is a fee.
- Click on “Continue”.
- Enter the 6-digit code you receive on your mobile to confirm the payment, if there is a fee.
