How to use phone banking
What you’ll need
- Your e-Banking username (15-digit code or alias username) – If you signed up to e-Banking at a branch, you got a card with your credentials, including your username. If you’ve lost this card, you may ask for it again.
- Your e-Banking password – We ask for part of the digits/symbols. We will never ask you to reveal your entire password.
