- Getting and managing insurance products.
- Signing contracts for the provision of investment services.
- Participating in a broad range of financial investment services.
- Managing card related requests.
- Changing the daily limit on e-Banking.
Which certificates you get right away
- Deposit account balance – €7. If you choose an issue date that falls on a weekend or public holiday, the certificate will be issued for the previous business day.
- Average deposit account balance – €10. If you choose issue dates that fall on a weekend or a public holiday, the certificate will be issued for the business days within this period.
- Alpha Bank account ownership – €5.
- Asset declaration – €0.
Which certificates you get in 3-5 working days
- Deposit account or loan activity – €7
- Deposit account or loan monthly statement – €7
- Loan instalment plan – €0
What requests you can submit
Submit requests for products you already hold. For the time being, you can submit a request to:
- Link an account to a personal loan payment standing order.
- Have a credit card reissued in the right name.

Can I get certificates and sign online?
You must…
- Have e-Banking credentials.
- Have updated your details at Alpha Bank.
- Have sufficient balance in the account that will be charged with the fee that corresponds to the cost of issuing the certificate you want (only for certificates).
Have at hand...
- Your Taxisnet credentials, if you haven’t updated your details and want to do so through eGov-KYC.
- The supporting documents you’ll need, if you haven’t updated your details and choose to do so by uploading the documents.
How to do what
How to sign documents online from your mobile or computer
If there is a document that requires your signature, you receive an email inviting you to sign online.
Log into e-Banking
- Log into myAlpha Mobile on your mobile or myAlpha Web on your computer.
- Choose “Documents & Requests” on the main menu of your phone or the left menu on your computer. Alternatively, choose “Go to Documents” from the message you see under “Overview”.
- Accept the terms for using myAlpha Documents. You only need to do that the 1st time you use the service. Choose “Continue”.
Find the document
- Under Requests > In progress, find the request you are interested in and choose it.
- View the request documents and locate the one you need to sign. Choose “Sign”.
Complete the e-signature flow
- Review your details. Confirm they are correct. If not, update them.
- Accept the forwarding of your data to Namirial SpA for issuing a qualified e-signature certificate and get information on the processing of your personal data by Namirial SpA. Choose “Continue”.
- Read the document up to the last page and choose “I agree”.
- Accept the terms for issuing the Namirial SpA short term certificate and the content of the request to Namirial SpA. Choose “Continue”.
- Enter the 6-digit code you receive through text message on your mobile to finish signing the document online.
- Repeat the process for all the documents included in your request that require your signature.
- Choose “Submit” to send your request. You receive an email with information about the status of the request.
How to get a certificate online from your computer
You can get a certificate only from your computer through myAlpha Web.
Log into e-Banking
- Log into myAlpha Web from your computer.
- On the left menu, choose “Documents & Requests”.
- Accept the terms for using myAlpha Documents. You only need to do that the 1st time you use the service. Choose “Continue”.
Submit a request
- Choose the “Certificates” tab and then click on “Get a certificate”.
- Find the certificate you want from the drop-down list and click on “Continue”.
- Fill in the necessary details.
- Choose 1 of your active accounts to pay, if there is a fee. Choose “Continue”.
- Enter the 6-digit code you receive on your mobile, to confirm the payment, if there is a fee.
Keep track of the progress
The processing of your application may take 3-5 working days.
During this time, you can locate your application on myAlpha Web: Documents & Requests > Certificates > In progress.
Some certificates are issued immediately.
We notify you by email once the process is concluded.
Download your certificate
- Log into myAlpha Web with your credentials.
- Go to: Documents & Requests > Certificates.
- Find the certificate under “Completed”.
- Download and save the certificate on your computer in pdf format.
Your certificate has an eSeal where necessary, which ensures its authenticity.
How to submit a request online from your mobile or computer
Log into e-Banking
- Log into myAlpha Mobile on your mobile or myAlpha Web on your computer.
- Choose “Documents & Requests” on the main menu of your phone or the left menu on your computer.
- Accept the terms for using myAlpha Documents. You only need to do that the 1st time you use the service. Choose “Continue”.
Submit a request
- Find “New request” under the “Requests” tab. Choose the subject you are interested in from the drop-down list and choose “Start the request”.
- Review your details and update them, if needed.
- Fill in the details for the request and choose “Continue”.
- Verify that the details are correct and choose “Confirm”.
- Accept the forwarding of your data to Namirial SpA for issuing a qualified e-signature certificate and get information on the processing of your personal data by Namirial SpA. Choose “Confirm”.
- Read the document and, if you agree, choose “Accept”.
- Accept the terms for issuing the Namirial SpA short term certificate and the content of the request to Namirial SpA. Choose “Accept”.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code you receive on your mobile through text message to finish signing and submit the request.
Keep track of the progress
During this time, you can locate your application on myAlpha Web: Documents & Requests > Requests > Your requests > In progress.
