  • Unlock your digital banking online in a flash, in case you locked it.

How to log into the new mobile app for the 1st time

With your digital banking credentials, as long as you have a smartphone.

Download the new app and log in

Download the new mobile app on your device from:

Install the app on your mobile and choose “Already have digital banking”.

Enter your digital banking credentials (username and password).

Follow the steps

  1. Enter the 6-digit verification code you received. 
  2. Tap on “Next” to start your device verification. 
  3. To register your device, enter the 6-digit verification code you receive. 
  4. Set a 4-digit PIN for quick app login. 
  5. Re-enter your 4-digit PIN for confirmation. 
  6. Activate Touch ID or Face ID, if you want. 
  7. Choose “Activate” to start receiving push notifications to approve transactions.

Do I need to have both the old and the new app installed on my phone?

Yes, initially you have to keep both apps and use any of the 2.

Up to when will I need to have both apps installed on my phone?

When the full version of the new app is released, you’ll be able to carry out all your banking transactions through it. The old mobile app will no longer be supported and you’ll be able to uninstall it.

Can I carry out the same tasks through the new app as through the old one?

No. For the time being, the old mobile app offers more options than the new one. 

Gradually, new versions of the new app will be released with more functionalities, until it includes all the functionalities of the old app and some extra ones. Then you’ll be able to carry out all your banking transactions through the new app and you’ll uninstall the old one.

Are my transactions through the new app secure?

We are implementing the most updated transaction security and data protection measures with the new app, as we were already doing with the old one.

I have downloaded the new app, but I can’t open a 1st account at Alpha Bank. What should I do?

You need to download the old app, and through that you can:

  • Open your 1st account.  
  • Sign up to digital banking. 

Then, you’ll be able to carry out transactions through both apps.
