- Basic conditions to benefit from the ENFIA discount: your house insurance must include earthquake coverage, fire and natural disasters and the insured capital should be calculated at least with 1,000 euros/sq.m.
- ENFIA discount is offered according to the terms and conditions of recent Law (Law 5045/2023 / Article 44 (Reduction of Single Property Tax on insured buildings - Addition of paragraph 7G to article 3 of Law 4223/2013).
- Bonus points are awarded approximately one month after the acquisition of the programs.
