Q: I have forgotten/blocked my Password. What should I do?

You can recover your Password online , as long as you have registered your email address and mobile phone number with Alpha Bank. To recover your Password online, you will need your Username, i.e., either your 15-digit Username we originally provide you with or the alias you created yourself. If you cannot remember your Username , you can easily recover it online or by calling us on +302103260000.
