Everything under control
Through the Nexi eMerchants portal you:
- Keep track of transactions carried out with a Nexi POS in-store or through your e-shop, wherever you are.
- Check online whether transactions are approved or rejected.
- Get regular statements with all card transactions. We notify you by email when the latest statement is issued.
Conveniently grouped
View in groups the transactions of your business from all your points of sale and Nexi POS terminals.
You also get aggregate information on all debit notes you have issued. If you want to enable this option, call on +30 210 624 4300.
Easy tracking
The portal gives you access to detailed statistics and specially designed graphs with:
- Approved or rejected transactions
- IRF transactions
- Pending instalments
- Credit status
- Statements
Multi-user access
If you want, you can link more than 1 users to the same account, so your employees can also keep track of transactions.
The extra users are added by the user who logged into eMerchants for the 1st time, under the “Create User” section.
Multiple merchant IDs (MIDs)
Provided they have the same tax number, you can link multiple MIDs to 1 user, without having to create a centralised code.
For example, if your business has branches, you can keep track of the transactions from all branches in your account.
How to log into Nexi eMerchants for the 1st time
Go to the portal and register for free to start using Nexi eMerchants.
Create an account
- On the home screen, choose “Register”.
- Fill in your details and accept the Terms of Use. Then choose “Register”.
- In the email we send you, choose “Activate Nexi eMerchants”. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, check your junk folder.
Log into the portal
- Fill in the username and password you created.
- Choose “Login”.

I’ve forgotten my credentials for the Nexi eMerchants portal. What should I do?
Go to the eMerchants Portal:
- Choose “Forgot Password”.
- Fill in the “Username”.
- Slide the bar and choose “Send Reset Link”.
- In the email you receive, choose “Reset Password”.
I’ve received the account activation email for the eMerchants portal but the link is disabled. How can I reactivate it?

How far back can I search for transactions through Nexi eMerchants?
You can search for transactions carried out in the last 13 months.
If you have chosen group access, you can search for transactions carried out in the last 13 months from the date you signed up.
