Loan e-Payments for business

It’s fast and easy to pay your business loans from your computer through myAlpha Web for business, wherever you are. Once you complete the payment, you can get a PDF copy of the transaction and save it.

Through myAlpha Web for business, you can pay:

• The next loan instalment or overdue debts on your business loans.
• Any other amount, equal to or or lower than the next instalment of an overdue debt.
• Any amount into revolving credit limits towards principal, provided there are no overdue debts.
• Debts on assigned Alpha Bank loans.

For the time being, online payments are only available for specific business loans.

Log into myAlpha Web for business.

You can pay business loan debts in 4 ways. Go to:

• Home > Overview > Loans > Loan payment.
• Main menu > Lending > Loan payment.
• Main menu > Payments > Loans.

• Main menu > Jobs > New jobs > Payments > Single payment.

If you have not added the loan to your myAlpha Web for business, confirm the transaction with the myAlpha Code you receive on your mobile (Viber or SMS) or your myAlpha Code device.

You need to have activated myAlpha Code.

If you have not done so, book an appointment at your local branch.

If your loan does not appear on myAlpha Web for business:

1. Go to Main menu > Lending > Add loan.
2. Fill in the loan type and number. Click on “Next”.
3. Confirm the transaction with the myAlpha Code you receive on your mobile (Viber or SMS) or your myAlpha Code device.

You need to have activated myAlpha Code.
