Terms and conditions:
- The award of the 10,000 Bonus points applies exclusively to customers who completed online, through myAlpha Mobile, the process of opening the first account at the Bank (and given that a first e-Banking log-in has been made using the e-Banking codes or through myAlpha Web or through myAlpha Mobile), from 01.07.2042 to 31.08.2024.
- The 10,000 Bonus points will be awarded within two months after the end of the activity and once for each new online registration per customer.
- The 2,000 Bonus points will be awarded automatically with the first installation of the Bonus app.
- The 3,000 Bonus points related to the Alpha Bank Enter Bonus Mastercard will be awarded with the first transaction.*
- If you don’t wish to take part in the action for any reason, you have to inform us via email at ebankingsupport@alpha.gr or over the phone at 210 326 0000, before the end of the action.
* The welcome Bonus points will be awarded only upon issuance of the first Enter Bonus debit card per holder.
