Conditions for participation in the action of awarding Bonus points

• The offer is valid exclusively for new online subscriptions to e-Banking (made either through the myAlpha Mobile app or your computer) and given that a first log-in with the e-Banking credentials is performed through myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile from 08.11.2023 to 10.12.2023.
• The right to participate in the action is given only to those who have at least one valid debit or credit card that participates in Alpha Bank’s Bonus Loyalty Programme on the day of their subscription to e-Banking.
  
• The points will be awarded within two months after the end of the action and only once for each new online subscription per customer.
• If you don’t wish to take part in the action for any reason, you have to inform us via email at ebankingsupport@alpha.gr or over the phone at 210 326 0000, before the end of the action.
