Discover the features

Find out the features of securing short-term borrowing for working capital.

Depending on your needs

There is no maximum or minimum loan amount. It depends on your business credit rating, transaction cycle and potential forms of collateral.

You get a revolving loan, i.e. any time you repay an amount, your available credit limit increases by the same amount.

For short-term needs

Use it to finance your working capital needs:

  • Buy merchandise and raw materials.
  • Pay your suppliers.
  • Pay other expenses related to your business production and transaction cycle.

Fixed or floating interest rate

We determine the interest rate based on the amount, term and collateral. Choose:

  • Fixed or floating rate for the entire loan term.
  • Fixed for a specified period. After this time, a floating rate applies.

Law 128/1975 levy

According to Law 128/1975, all loans are subject to a levy that is paid to the Greek State.

For the working capital loan, the levy currently stands at 0.60%.

Based on your transaction cycle

You pay interest every 3 or 6 months for the amount of the credit limit you’ve used.

You repay the principal:

  • In partial payments.
  • With a lump-sum payment, at the end of the loan term.
  • Through assigned receivables (i.e. cheques, invoices), meaning, when your customers pay their debts to your business.

You choose if you want to pay both interest and principal:

By assigning receivables

Financing can be secured through:

  • Post-dated cheques as collateral
  • Assignment of invoices

This way, the loan repayment is directly linked to the working capital needs you are seeking to meet.

With or without other collateral

It is possible that we may request personal guarantees and/or additional collateral for the entire loan amount, according to our lending policy.
