The company has only one legal representative but the latter has not received an e-mail for completing the process online. Why?

If the Legal Representative has not received an email with instructions on how to complete the process online, then one or more of the conditions for using the Service is/are not met. In this case, you can complete the process only at a Branch.

Note: The email concerning the online process is sent to the personal email address declared by the Legal Representative as an Alpha Bank Retail customer (Individual).
