I suspect that someone tried to steal my codes, physically or electronically. What should I do?

If you suspect or become aware of any physical or electronic attempt to have your codes stolen:

  • inform the Bank at once by sending an e-mail at ebankingsupport@alpha.gr or by calling at +30 210 326 0000
  • deactivate your subscription through the respective code management option of Alpha Bank e-services or by calling at +30 210 326 0000 (every day from 8:00 to 22:30).
