Conditions for the use of the Alpha Web Banking service
Connection to myAlpha Web is made through www.alpha.gr and is possible wherever there is internet access available.
The new myAlpha Web service for Businesses, is responsive to pc monitors or tablet screens and is supported by the last versions of the following browsers:
- Internet Explorer
- Microsoft Edge
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari Opera.
In case there is no interent connection available, you can always have access to your subscription through the myAlpha Phone, simply by calling to 210 326 0000, daily between 08:00 - 22:30.
In any case, your subscription is available to you wherever you are (in Greece or abroad) via computer, tablet or telephone.
