What happens if my connection is lost in the middle of a transaction? How can I check whether or not my transaction was successfully entered?

If during a transaction (myAlpha Web, myAlpha Mobile) your Internet connection is lost, you can check the status of your transaction by checking the history of the corresponding transactions menu (Transfers > History or Payments > History).

If you cannot see your transactions, this means it was not completed and you should repeat it.
