• Recent payroll slip – for salaried employees
• Latest pension slip – for pensioners

3. Insurance clearance certificate in force.

1. Copies of E3 forms for the last 3 years
2. Periodic VAT returns for the current and previous year, if you file such returns

2. Copies of N forms for legal persons and legal entities for the last 3 years
   

Partners in companies with class C accounting books:

1. Published financial statements for the last 3 years, along with the audit certificate from a certified public accountant and the annex
2. Board act listing profit distribution
   

The supporting documents may be in English or translated into Greek.

For your personal details

• Photocopy of current ID card or passport
  

For your tax details and assets

• Copy of the annual income of the last 2 years issued by an official authority in your country of residence.
• Copy of your property statement issued by an official authority in your country of residence.
• Proof of all your deposit or investment products, issued by a recognised banking institution.
  

If you are also taxed in Greece:

• Copy of income tax return certificate from Greece for the last financial year
• ENFIA (unified property tax) certificate for the last financial year

For your income

• Recent copy of monthly payslip – for salaried employees
• Latest pension slip – for pensioners
• Copy of your business financials for the last 2 years issued by an official authority in your country of residence – for freelance professionals or business owners
  

For your credit rating

• A Credit Bureau report  from the Credit Bureau Agency of the country where you reside.

In the absence of a Credit Bureau Agency in your country of residence, you need proof of total loan obligations, issued by a recognised banking institution.

• Project budget from an engineer

• Solemn declaration  whereby you declare future building works within a reasonable time frame
