How can I get e-Banking credentials online from my computer?
Without visiting a branch
Fill in your date of birth.
Fill in the number of an active Alpha Bank debit or credit card issued in your name and 2 out of the 4 digits of your PIN according to the instructions.
Confirm you have read the “Notice on personal data processing ” and the “Terms of use ”.
Click on “Next”.
For your email
If you have already registered your email with Alpha Bank, this field is populated.
Otherwise, if the field is empty or your email is not correct, enter the correct email address.
For your mobile number
Otherwise, you must first update you details.
Click on “Next”.
To confirm you email, enter the 6-digit code you receive by email in the relevant field.
Click on “Next”.
To confirm your mobile number, enter the 6-digit code you receive on your mobile in the relevant field.
Click on “Next”.
The 6-digit codes are valid for 5 minutes. Once this period elapses, you need to request a new code.
Create a Username and Password to log into the myAlpha Web for the 1st time.
