In 4 steps, you get a PIN for your new card

Using your e-Banking credentials, log into myAlpha Web on your computer or myAlpha Mobile on your mobile phone.
Locate your card

Locate your new card on the home screen (Overview).

On myAlpha Mobile, scroll down to the Cards section on the home screen and tap on the card for which you want to request a new PIN.

Find the activation settings

Tap on Settings > Send PIN.

On myAlpha Web, the settings appear when you click on the 3 dots on the right of the card.

Confirm your mobile number Confirm that your mobile phone number is correct. If not, you can change it.
Get the PIN

Tap on “Send”.

Get the PIN by SMS on your mobile.
