According to the Law 3601/2007 the Bank of Greece supervises Alpha Bank as well as all the Greek financial institutions.
Other organisations that exercise supervision for specific activities of the Bank are the Ministry of Development, the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, etc.
