Choose a package
On the menu, choose New products > Transaction and service packages.
Then view all the packages and choose the one that’s best suited to your needs:
- myAlpha Benefit Standard, to save up to €5.55 a month.
- myAlpha Benefit Advanced, to save up to €12.20 a month.
- myAlpha Benefit Premium, to save up to €21.82 a month.
On myAlpha Web, choose the package you want and then click “Find out more”.
On myAlpha Mobile, swipe left to view all packages.
Tap on “Get it” to choose the package you want and then on “Continue”.
Link account and choose activation date
Choose the account you want to link to the package. This is the account you will use to carry out transactions and pay your monthly fee.
Choose “Continue”.
The current date appears automatically as the package activation date. If you are activating the package after the 20th of the month, you may choose whether you want to activate it immediately or on the 1st of the coming month. Choose “Continue”.
On myAlpha Mobile you choose the activation date on the next screen.
Link a credit card to myAlpha Benefit Advanced/Premium
If you activate myAlpha Benefit Advanced or Premium, choose a credit card to link to the package so you pay no annual fee.
Only the cards that can be linked to the package you have chosen appear: Alpha Bank Bonus Mastercard or Bonus Visa for myAlpha Benefit Advanced, and Alpha Bank Bonus Mastercard Gold or Bonus Visa Gold for myAlpha Benefit Premium.
You may also choose “Not now”.
Choose “Continue”.
Confirm your details and accept the terms
Confirm your details and read the terms sent to your email: pre-contractual information, special terms of the package and personal data notice.
Accept the terms and tap on “Confirm” on myAlpha Mobile or click on “Continue” on myAlpha Web.
On myAlpha Mobile you conclude the process with biometrics. Otherwise, fill in the 6-digit code you received on your mobile.
