myAlpha Benefit Standard transaction package

Transaction package for €2 / month

 For €2 a month you can carry out selected transactions at no extra cost. This way, you are not charged for each transaction separately, saving up to €5.55 a month.

Each month you get:

• 3 payments to companies or organisations by standing order.
• 2 payments to companies or organisations by charging your account, through myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile.
• 1 money transfer from another bank into your account.
• 1 money transfer up to €5,000 to another bank in Greece, with SHA fees and normal priority, through myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile.
• 1 cash withdrawal from an ATM of another bank in Greece. The waiver applies only to Alpha Bank fees, not to any third party fees.
  

All transactions must be carried out through the account linked to the package.

Monthly transaction renewal

On the 1st day of each month, the number of available free transactions is automatically renewed. You can use them any time between the 1st and last calendar day of each month.

If you do not use all your transactions within the month, you cannot roll them over to the next month.

Savings up to €5.55 a month

Depending on the number of transactions you carry out, you can save up to €5.55 a month:

Payment of monthly fee

The monthly fee is paid at the start of the month. On the 1st day of each month, the fee is automatically charged to your account.

You must make sure your account always has sufficient balance for paying the fee. If the fee is not paid by the end of the month, the myAlpha Benefit Standard transaction package is deactivated.

To activate the package again, you must:

• Pay the outstanding fee.
• Repeat the activation process, from the start.

You can link any personal account to the package, whether you are the sole account holder or there are other account holders.

1 account per package

Activate the package for a specific account. You cannot carry out the package transactions through a different account. However, you can activate a separate package for each of your accounts.

The number of transactions included in the package is fixed and does not increase according to the number of account holders. However, all account holders may use the transactions included in the package.
