myAlpha Benefit Advanced transaction package

Transaction package for €5 / month

For €5 a month you can carry out selected transactions at no extra cost. This way, you are not charged for each transaction separately, saving up to €12.20 a month. All transactions must be carried out through the account linked to the package.

Each month you get:

• 5 payments to companies or organisations by standing order.
• 3 payments to companies or organisations by charging your account, through myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile.
• 1 money transfer from another bank into your account.
• 3 money transfers up to €5,000 to another bank in Greece, with SHA fees and normal priority, through myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile.
• 2 cash withdrawals from an ATM of another bank in Greece. The waiver applies only to Alpha Bank fees, not to any third party fees.
• 1 credit card payment for cards issued by another bank in Greece, through myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile.
• Alpha alerts for accounts through SMS.
  

No annual fee for 1 credit card

You pay no annual fee for the Alpha Bank Bonus Mastercard or Alpha Bank Bonus Visa, if you hold the package for 12 consecutive months.

The no annual fee benefit applies to a card you already hold or a new card you may get.

If you deactivate the package before the 12 months are up or you unlink your card, you pay the fee that applies at the time.

When you get a new card, you already pay no annual fee for the 1st year, so the no annual fee from myAlpha Benefit applies as of the 2nd year. If you already hold a card that has no annual fee, you don’t need to link it to the package.

500 Bonus points every 3 months

You earn 500 Bonus points on your Bonus card for every 3 consecutive months you hold myAlpha Benefit Advanced.

If you don’t have a Bonus card, you can receive the points as soon as you get one. In this case, you can only receive the points corresponding to up to 6 months. Points prior to this time are cancelled.

Monthly transaction renewal

On the 1st day of each month, the number of available free transactions is automatically renewed. You can use them any time between the 1st and last calendar day of each month.

If you do not use all your transactions within the month, you cannot roll them over to the next month.

Savings up to €12.20 a month

Depending on the number of transactions you carry out, you can save up to €12.20 a month:

Activation at a branch

Otherwise, book an appointment at one of our branches.

At the branch:

1. Sign the application and the contractual documents.
2. Choose the account you want to link to myAlpha Benefit Advanced.
3. If you want, choose the credit card for which the no annual fee will apply.
   

The package appears on your e-Banking right away.

Payment of monthly fee

The monthly fee is paid at the start of the month. On the 1st day of each month, the fee is automatically charged to your account.

You must make sure your account always has sufficient balance for paying the fee. If the fee is not paid by the end of the month, the myAlpha Benefit Advanced transaction package is deactivated.

To activate the package again, you must:

• Pay the outstanding fee.
• Repeat the activation process, from the start.

You can link any personal account to the package, whether you are the sole account holder or there are other account holders.

1 account per package

Activate the package for a specific account. You cannot carry out the package transactions through a different account. However, you can activate a separate package for each of your accounts.

The number of transactions included in the package is fixed and does not increase according to the number of account holders. All account holders may use the transactions included in the package. However, the no annual fee for a credit card, SMS alerts and 500 Bonus points can only be used by the account holder who activates the package.
