- Approved floor sections from the building permit file, in the event of vertical property
- Approved topographical plan from building permit file

- Cadastral table and cadastral diagram extract

- Coverage diagram
- Declaration of inclusion in the law about properties without planning permission, along with the technical report and accompanying plans, in case of settled planning violations
- Rental agreement, if the property is rented
For listed buildings
- Ownership deed
- Government Gazette (FEK) where the building is named as listed, along with the accompanying plans
- Declaration of inclusion in the law about properties without planning permission, along with the technical report and accompanying plans, in case of settled planning violations
- Floor plans (from the horizontal property establishment, provided it has been established)
- Rental agreement or any other concession agreement, e.g. commercial partnership contract
- Energy efficiency certificate
- Restoration building permit, along with the accompanying plans

If the mortgage lien will be on the property you are buying:

If the mortgage lien will be on another property:
- Copy of the title deed for the property you are buying, repairing, etc.
If you want a loan for building, completion, extension, addition, repair:
- Project budget from an engineer
If you are buying a land plot with a view to building:
- Solemn declaration whereby you declare future building works within a reasonable time frame

- Copy of the title deed certified by a notary or lawyer
- Certificate of registering the purchase agreement
- Cadastral extract in your name – for properties located in areas included in the National Cadastre
For building, completion, extension, addition, repair
- ENFIA (unified property tax) certificate for the last 6 years
- Cadastral extract in your name – for properties located in areas included in the National Cadastre
If you are a freelancer, you must submit an insurance clearance certificate before receiving the loan.
