The following are required in order for cross-border correspondent relationships with Banking institutions from third countries to be established:
- Alpha Bank AML-KYC Questionnaire (completed and signed)
- Certified copy of banking license and registration
- Wolfsberg Group Questionnaire (completed and signed within the last year)
- USA Patriot Act Certification (completed and signed)
- Shareholders’ structure
- Organisational Chart
- Annual Report
- AML/CFT Policy
