If a business is an myAlpha Web File subscriber, it can use the “myAlpha Web File Preparation Tool” application to be found on the Bank’s site, after re-installing it following the existing procedure. The business can import an older file format in the new Tool. When the file is opened, the Tool converts it automatically to the new XML file format and the business can view the file’s detailed records and modify them as needed (e.g. enter detailed information in the “Message to beneficiary” field in any records it wishes to do so).
When the file is saved, it is automatically converted to the new file format, ready to be imported to Alpha Web Banking. For instructions regarding the installation of the new Alpha Web Banking Tool, click here.
