Businesses can use the File Conversion Tool (conversion service), which is provided free of charge by the Bank, to generate the new XML file format by entering an existing file format file. Businesses can obtain the Tool here.
The File Conversion Tool (Conversion Service) will be available for use according to the below dates:
- As of 7.11.2015 for the payment orders via Alpha Web Banking
- As of 8.12.2015 for the payment orders via Alpha Bank File Transfer and Alpha Mass Payments and for the direct debits via Alpha Mass Payments.
- As of 18.1.2016 for the direct debits – mandates/ revocations via Alpha Bank File Transfer.
