With the new option for signing up via your mobile phone, you can create your subscription to the e-Banking services more quickly than ever!
Sign up in just a few minutes via myAlpha Mobile:Becoming a subscriber to myAlpha Mobile or myAlpha Web is now easy, without visiting a Branch. Just install the myAlpha Mobile app in your mobile phone.
All you need to do is to have access to your mobile phone and e-mail, as well as a debit or credit card issued by Alpha Bank in your name.
- We verify your identity using the above details
- You create your subscription, setting a User ID and a Password for your first log-in to the Service
- You are ready to log in to myAlpha Mobile or myAlpha Web!
Alternatively, you can always visit an Alpha Bank Branch in order to sign up for the e-Banking services*. Once you complete and sign the application for opening your subscription, you will receive your User ID and a Temporary Password, which you will be asked to change when you log in to Alpha Web Banking for the first time.
*Please note that in order to sign up at an Alpha Bank Branch, you will need to have your Identity Card with you.
