- Debts on assigned Alpha Bank loans

- Between your own Alpha Bank accounts or to another holder’s Alpha Bank account.
- To another bank in Greece or abroad.
Make bulk payments and collections
Using bulk transfers and payments online, you carry out business transactions in a flash within and outside SEPA, such as payroll, supplier orders and collections from clients.
You can also make payments using a single xml file, even planning them beforehand.
Pay your loans
Log into your business web banking to pay your business loans online. You can pay:
- Loan instalments or overdue debts on your business loans.
- Any amount to revolving credit facilities.
- Debts on assigned Alpha Bank loans.
Apply for disbursement
By applying for disbursement online you gain easy access to the limit we've approved for working capital with a revolving facility. This way you can reuse amounts you have repaid.
We check your details and deposit the amount in your business account.
Save time with multiple deposits
Make multiple cash deposits through digital banking and save time at the branch.
You send us one file with the amounts, reasons and origin details for the deposits you want to make into your account. Then you come to the branch just to bring the cash.
Pay for simple imports in the EU
Pay suppliers in euro for simple imports from the European Union, for amounts up to €500,000 or the equivalent in foreign currency per transaction.
Depending on the currency or the supplier, you carry out the transaction with urgent or normal priority, on a future date or on the same day.
Meet your needs in foreign exchange
With currency conversion online, you can convert online up to 300,000 USD per transaction. You also see the FX rate that applies in real time.
This service is available Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30.

I’ve forgotten the username for my business digital banking. What should I do?
I’ve forgotten/blocked the password for my business digital banking. What should I do?
You must create a new password. You will need your:
- Username
- Mobile
- Email
To create a new password, you:
- Log into business web banking with the digital banking credentials of your business.
- Choose “I have forgotten/blocked my Password”.
- Enter your username, accept the CAPTCHA and choose “Continue”.
- Enter the 6-digit code you receive through Viber / text message and choose “Continue”.
- Enter the 6-digit code you receive on your email and choose “Continue”.
- Enter your new password twice and click on “Complete”.
Can I change my business digital banking username and/or password?
Yes. Log into business web banking with the digital banking credentials of your business.
Choose Profile > Security management > Security codes management.
To change your username:
- Choose “User ID alias configuration”.
- Type your new username.
- Type the username for a 2nd time, to confirm it.
- Click on “Save changes”.
To change your password:
- Choose “Password configuration”.
- Type your current password.
- Type your new password.
- Type the username for a 2nd time, to confirm it.
- Choose whether you want to change your password again in 3 or 6 months.
- Click on “Save changes”.
