Transactions with Alpha Web International Trade
What you need to know
Online requests
Fill in and submit online requests for simple imports or exports, along with the necessary supporting documents.
Transactions can be carried out in euro or in foreign currency, without any restrictions on the transaction value and with a currency conversion option.
User set-up
Provided you are an authorised user, you can give simple users access to the Alpha Web International Trade portal, to enter transactions.

Overview and control
Through Alpha Web International Trade, you:
- Receive updates on the status of your online requests.
- Keep track of all ongoing international trade transactions.
- Receive transaction documents electronically (e.g. settlement statements or swift copies) as soon as the transaction is completed.
- Export transaction statistics and save them in pdf or excel format.

Lower fees
The bank fees for international trade transactions through the Alpha Web International Trade portal are lower in relation to the fees at the branch. This helps you reduce your operational costs.
What you need to access the portal
Sign up provided you...
- Are the legal representative of the business.
- Have active digital banking credentials. You use the credentials to log into the portal.
- Have activated strong customer authentication to receive 6-digit verification codes.
- Have booked an appointment to visit a branch near you.

When is my request through Alpha Web International Trade processed?
- On the same day, for requests submitted until 14:00.
- On the next business day, for requests submitted after 14:00.
Do the transactions I carry out through Alpha Web International Trade affect the limit of my business web banking?
How can I give simple users access to business web banking and Alpha Web International Trade?
- Log into business web banking with the digital banking credentials of your business.
- On the home screen (Overview), choose “Profile” from the top menu on the right.
- Choose “User Management”.
- Under “Assistant users” choose “Modify assistant user access channels”.
- Check the boxes in the table depending on the access rights you want to assign to each user. Choose “Save changes”.
