Updating legal documents online
Simpler and faster
What you need to know
Businesses with digital banking credentials
To submit legal documents of your business online you need to have digital banking credentials.
Main legal forms
Your business must have one of the following legal forms:
- Société anonyme (SA)
- Limited liability company (Ltd)
- General partnership (OE)
- Limited partnership (EE)
- Private company (PC)
Before expiry
Make sure you update your legal documents before the business legalisation expiry. We notify you about the expiry date on time:
- Through business web banking (top left, under your name)
- By email
- In your account e-statements
If your business legalisation expires before you go through the process online, your business digital banking is not deactivated, but you cannot carry out monetary transactions. To reactivate digital banking, you need to book an appointment at a branch.
In case of amendments
If there are amendments to any documents before business legalisation expiry (e.g. to the articles of association, the composition of the Board, the registered office etc.), you can start the process of updating the legal documents of your business online at any time.
All the necessary documents
To find out what documents you need to submit, use the legalisation document search tool . If there is a time limit for any documents, it appears in the search tool, under the name of the document.
The tool informs you about the minimum supporting documents required depending on the legal form of the business. Additional documents may be required. You can also submit additional documents if you consider that necessary.
To update other supporting documents, e.g. financial information, book an appointment at a branch.
In electronic format
The files must be validated and be in pdf, jpeg, bmp, gif, tif, tiff format, up to 5 MB.
Files that are corrupted, illegible or not in optimal condition will not be accepted.

What is the declaration form of contact and identification details?
A document you must fill in, sign and upload on business web banking along with the legalisation documents.
With this form you confirm your own contact details (email, mobile number) and the details of your legal representatives.
If you are the administrator of your business digital banking, these details are also used for you to access business web banking.
How will I be notified if one of the documents is rejected or if I need to submit additional documents?
We notify you:
- Over the phone
- Through business web banking, under Profile > Legalisation renewal
I have updated the legalisation documents, but my business digital banking is locked. Why is that?
Your business digital banking is deactivated when you update your legal documents and:
- The representative changes, if there is 1 authorised user.
- At least 1 authorised user or user with admin rights changes, if there is joint representation.
- All the representatives who are authorised users or users with admin rights change.
To reactivate digital banking, you need to book an appointment at a branch.
