Savings up to €51.50 a month
Depending on the number of transactions you carry out, you can save up to €51.50 a month.
For specific transactions
Carry out selected transactions every month with no additional fees. You get:
- 10 bill payments, one-off or by standing order
- 5 transfers up to €50,000 to another bank in Greece or SEPA countries abroad, with SHA fees and normal priority
- 5 transfers up to €50,000 paid into your account from another bank in Greece or abroad
Free account maintenance
You do not pay any maintenance fees for 1 sight account.
1 package for multiple accounts
You can use the Business Benefit Advanced transaction package from any of the accounts you’ve linked to your business web banking.
Exclusively for short-term rental services
If you own a sole proprietorship active in short-term rentals, you get a tailored Business Benefit Advanced transaction package.
For €10 a month you get:
- Unlimited bill payments, one-off or by standing order.
- Unlimited transfers up to €5,000 to another bank in Greece or SEPA countries abroad, with SHA fees and normal priority.
- Unlimited transfers up to €5,000 paid into your account from another bank in Greece or abroad.
- Zero maintenance fees for 1 sight account.
You get the benefit package automatically when you apply for Business Benefit Advanced, provided you meet both conditions:
- Own a sole proprietorship.
- Are active in short-term rentals and have registered NACE codes 5520 and 6820 with the tax office.
What are the fees
€10/month
You pay the monthly fee at the start of the month. On the 1st day of each month, the fee is automatically charged to the account you’ve chosen.
If the fee is not paid by the end of the month, the Business Benefit Advanced transaction package is deactivated. To reactivate it, you need to:
- Pay the outstanding fee.
- Reactivate the package.
Monthly transaction renewal
On the 1st day of each month, the number of available free transactions is automatically renewed. You can use them any time between the 1st and last calendar day of each month.
Simple import add-on packages
Depending on your needs
You may activate 1 of the 2 additional simple import packages depending on the needs of your business:
- Add-on Imports – At €15/month, for 3 simple imports up to €50,000/transaction.
- Add-on Imports Plus – At €50/month, for 5 simple imports up to €500,000/transaction.
The Business Benefit simple import add-on packages cover:
- SEPA and non-SEPA imports, with normal priority and SHA fees.
- Transactions through business web banking or Alpha Mass Payments.
For your Business Benefit transaction package
You can get an additional simple import add-on package provided you activate a Business Benefit transaction package.
However, to carry out simple import transactions you must have:
- Business web banking credentials.
- Activated strong authentication for businesses.
- Registered your business in the Alpha Bank System of International Trade Transactions (Bank Trade) by visiting a branch.

How to get Business Benefit Advanced
1. Log into business web banking
2. Choose Business Benefit Advanced
From the top menu, choose Accounts > Transaction packages.
View the benefits for the 2 packages. Under Business Benefit Advanced, click on “Get this one”.
To choose 1 add-on simple import package, click on “Add”.
Choose “Continue”.
3. Choose account and activation date
In the fields:
- “Account without fee”, choose the sight account for which the maintenance fees will be waived each month.
- “Activation”, choose whether you want to activate the package immediately or on the 1st day of the next month, if you get your package from the 20th day of the current month onwards.
- “Account to be charged”, choose the account through which you’ll be paying the monthly fee.
Choose “Continue”.
4. Accept the terms and confirm
Read the terms we sent to you email:
- Special terms for Business Benefit
- Notice on personal data processing
Accept the terms and click on “Confirm”.
5. Enter the 6-digit code
Enter the 6-digit code you received on your mobile. Choose “Continue”.
On the next screen click on “Finish”. Now you’ve got your own package.

Do I have to pay the entire fee, irrespective of the day of the month when I activate Business Benefit?
Yes. However, if you activate the package after the 20th of the month, you may choose to activate it at the start of the following month and pay the fee on the 1st day of that month.
In this case, the monthly fee is blocked on your account and charged on the 1st day of the following month. If you change your mind before the fee is charged, you can cancel the package and the fee amount will be released.
The same payment plan applies to the Business Benefit add-on import package you may have chosen.
