Through our constantly evolving digital channels, our clients can carry out most of their transactions securely online from their computer or mobile. In 2024, more than 98% of daily banking transactions were carried out through digital channels. Transactions through e-Banking increased by 16% and their value by 12% compared to 2023.
The overall effort to enhance digital services is reflected in our significant distinctions in the field of digital banking. In this context, we received the Product of the Year 2024 award in the “Services” category for myAlpha Vibe.
At the Digital Finance Awards 2024, Alpha Bank was named Digital Bank of the Year. We received 5 more awards:
- Gold in the “Best Mobile App” category for bizpay
- Gold in the “Best Payments and Transactions Processing Digital Initiative” category
- Gold in the “Best Digital Product Launch” category for myAlpha Vibe
- Gold in the “Best Card Digital Initiative” category for getting a credit card through e-Banking
- Silver in the “Best Corporate Financing Initiative” for myAlpha Web for business
At the Mobile & IoT Awards 2024 we received 3 awards:
- Gold in the “Digital Innovation through Mobile” for myAlpha Vibe
- Silver in the “Banking and Finance” category for myAlpha Mobile
- Bronze in the “Use of Mobile for Customer Loyalty” for the Bonus app
At the National Customer Service Awards 2024 we received distinctions in 3 categories:
- “Best Use of Innovation in Customer Experience” for myAlpha Vibe
- “Best omni-channel Customer service” for myAlpha Rendez-vous and myAlpha Documents
- “Best Outsourcing Partnership” for Printec and Alpha Bank
