Merchants with orders via the telephone or e-mail can easily accept card payments without having card’s details.
The merchant, by using the Payment Link form, completes customer’s details and the platform creates a link which merchant sends to the customer. Customer is transferred to Nexi e-Commerce, through the link, to fill in his card details and completes the payment. Merchant can easily monitor transactions to BackOffice tool.
With Payment Link functionality, merchant has not card’s sensitive data while transactions are certified through 3D Secure.
Once the Bank has processed the payment, the Customer is automatically redirected back to the e-shop website on which he/ she is informed about the result of the transaction. If the transaction has been successfully completed, the Bank sends a relevant confirmation e-mail to the e-shop.
