Alpha Supporting Services was founded in 2007 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Alpha Bank Group. The Company’s activities include the development, provision and management of integrated IT services, together with the provision of a wide range of services encompassing:

Alpha Supporting Services is the main IT service provider of all Alpha Bank Group Companies in Greece and abroad as well as of Alpha Bank Greece. The Company’s highly trained technical and administrative Personnel has long experience in complex IT systems and solutions and unmatched expertise in the operations of financial institutes. Its extensive, state-of-the-art, high-availability data centre facilities host the centralised IT services and are supported by system and application management services as well as end-user technical support (service desk).
The IT service portfolio includes core and peripheral banking, electronic banking, risk management, Customer management, workflow and application management, business intelligence and analysis systems. The Company has successfully delivered numerous business-critical and highly complex banking IT projects.
Alpha Supporting Services is one of the first companies in Greece which has been certified according to the following international standards: ISO 20000-1:2011 for IT Service Management, ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management as well as the ISO 22301:2012 for Business Continuity Management. These certifications guarantee the level of the design, provision, support, availability and continuity of the IT services the Company provides. Additionally, the Company has been certified according to ISO 27001:2013 for Information Security Management and BS 10012:2017 and Bureau Veritas Technical Standard related to personal data protection, for Personal Information Management, which ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information processed as well as compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In 2018 the Company was certified according to ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management as well as ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health & Safety Management, which ensure compliance to the relevant legal and regulatory framework.
