Connection of multiple mids
You can link multiple mids (under the same Tax No.) to 1 user, without having to create a centralised code.
For example, if your business has branches, you can keep track of the transactions from all branches in your account. Just as long as all the branches are under the same Tax No.
Linked to multiple users
You may link more than 1 users to the same account.
The user who logged into eMerchants for the 1st time can add extra users.
To add extra users, go to “Create User”.
Online transaction approvals
Go online to keep track of whether the transactions carried out with your company are approved or rejected.
Grouped display
View in groups the transactions of your business from all your points of sale and Nexi POS devices. You also get aggregate information on all debit notes you have issued.
If you want to gain access to the grouped display, call the Nexi call centre on +302106244300.
Go to the eMerchants Portal:
- On the home screen, choose “Sign up for free”.
- Fill in the fields with your details and accept the Terms of Use. Then choose “Register”.
- In the email we send you, choose “Activate Nexi eMerchants”. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, check your junk folder.

I’ve forgotten my credentials. What should I do?
Go to the eMerchants Portal:
- Choose “Forgot Password”.
- Fill in the “Username”.
- Slide the bar and choose “Send Reset Link”.
- In the email you receive, choose “Reset Password”.
I have received the account activation email, but the link has been deactivated. How can I reactivate it?
How far back can I search for transactions?
You can search for transactions carried out in the last 13 months.
If you have chosen group access, you can search for transactions carried out in the last 13 months from the date you signed up.
