Get myBusiness Benefit in 4 steps
1. Choose package
From your computer through myAlpha Web for business:
From the top menu choose Accounts > Transaction packages.
View the 2 packages and choose the one that best meets to your needs:
- myBusiness Benefit Standard, to save up to €12.50 a month.
- myBusiness Benefit Advanced, to save up to €51.50 a month.
Click on “Get it” to choose the package you want.
To choose 1 add-on simple import package, click on “Add”.
Click on “Continue”.
2. Choose accounts and activation date
In the fields:
- “Account without fee”, choose the sight account for which the maintenance fees will be waived each month.
- “Activation”, choose whether you want to activate the package immediately or on the 1st day of the next month, if you get your package from the 20th day of the current month onwards.
- “Account to be charged”, choose the account through which you’ll be paying the monthly fee.
Click on “Continue”.
3. Accept the terms and confirm
Read the terms we sent to your email:
- Special terms for myBusiness Benefit
- Notice on personal data processing
Accept the terms and click on “Confirm”.
4. Fill in the 6-digit myAlpha Code
Fill in the 6-digit myAlpha Code you received on your mobile or your myAlpha Code device. Click on “Continue”.
On the next screen click on “Finish”. Now you’ve got your own package.

FAQs
Do I have to pay the entire fee, irrespective of the day of the month when I activate myBusiness Benefit?
Yes. However, if you activate the package after the 20th of the month, you may choose to activate it at the start of the following month and pay the fee on the 1st day of that month.
In this case, the monthly fee is blocked on your account and charged on the 1st day of the following month. If you change your mind before the fee is charged, you can cancel the package and the fee amount will be released.
I did not carry out any transactions this month. Do I still need to pay the monthly fee?
I have carried out more transactions this month. Will I pay extra?
Can I change the myBusiness Benefit transaction package?
Yes, as long as you have activated myAlpha Code and have paid any outstanding dues. Through myAlpha Web for business:
- In the “Accounts” section, choose Transaction packages > Change packages.
- Change your main transaction package and/or add, change or delete the Add-on package. Click on “Continue”.
- Review your package details and choose the package activation date. If you change your main package, you can also change the accounts linked to it.
- Accept the terms and click on “Confirm”.
You only pay for the cost of the new package or the Add-on and you’ll get notified of your updated subscription the following month. Deleting the Add-on from your package is free of charge.
You cannot cancel the package change once the process is completed. However, you can change your package again whenever you want.
Can I deactivate the myBusiness Benefit transaction package?
Yes, through myAlpha Web for business in 3 simple steps:
- In the “Accounts” section, choose “Transaction packages”.
- On the package tab, click on the 3 vertical lines on the right and then on “Deactivate”.
- Confirm that you want to deactivate your transaction package.
As soon as you deactivate the myBusiness Benefit transaction package, all users will receive an email notification. The package deactivation applies as of the 1st day of the next month from the one you requested to have it cancelled.
I chose to activate my package as of the 1st day of the next month. Can I cancel the activation?
Yes, through myAlpha Web for business in 3 simple steps:
- In the “Accounts” section, choose “Transaction packages”.
- On the package tab, click on the 3 vertical lines on the right and then on “Cancel activation”.
- Confirm that you want to cancel the activation of the transaction package.
