Yes, you can have a transaction copy for your transfer. Every transfer you carry out via myAlpha Web, myAlpha Mobile or myAlpha Phone remains in your Transfers History, even after it has been executed. You can refer to your transfers history, in order to check, whether a particular transfer has been executed or not and to reprint and/or save the corresponding transaction copy.
If you have carried out the transfer via myAlpha Phone, you can ask us to send you the corresponding transaction copy by fax.
For transfers from your accounts carried out at ATMs, the relevant transaction copy is printed on the spot.
