With the File Preparation Tool you can prepare files for your multiple transfers without logging in to your myAlpha Web profile. This way, after you have prepared your file, you may login to myAlpha Web only to upload the file and complete your multiple transfer even faster and easier.
With the File Preparation Tool, you can prepare files for your multiple transfers inside or outside the myAlpha Web environment.
The multiple transfers file creation option via myAlpha Web is available in the "Jobs" menu, either through the option of a new multiple transfers job, or through the "My Jobs" section. Learn more about the process here.

Covert your files to XML
According to the Regulation (EU) 260/2012, all the payment order files exchanged with the Bank through electronic services (myAlpha Web, Alpha Mass Payments) should be in a SEPA ISO 20022 XML format.
